W.O.A. Records India Tour 2011

Kicking off October 31, 2011, Bill and other talented independent artists from around the world begin an 8 city tour in India.

The concerts bring a message of hope aimed at youth and are free to the public. The concerts will attract more than a hundred thousand people of poor circumstance throughout India.
